Privacy policy

SixPM Studio is the data controller for the personal data described here. We keep this policy short and specific.

What we collect

Enquiries and bookings. Name, email, company, website address, the slot you choose and the brief you write, submitted through forms on this site.

Client accounts. Contact details, billing details (processed by our payment provider; we never see full card numbers), brand assets, requests and the files we deliver.

Website analytics. Aggregated page views and device data. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To run the live build you booked, to deliver and support your subscription, to invoice you, and to improve this site. Our lawful bases are contract (clients), legitimate interest (enquiries and analytics) and consent where we ask for it.

AI processing

To deliver requests we use AI agents and third-party AI models. Your brand assets and request text are processed by those services under contracts that prohibit training on your data. We do not use client work to train models.

Sharing

This website and its forms are hosted by Cloudflare, which stores enquiries and bookings on our behalf. We share data only with processors needed to run the service: hosting, email, payment, project tools and AI model providers. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiries: 12 months. Client data: for the life of the subscription plus 6 years for accounting records. Deliverables: until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Email hello@sixpm.studio. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
