Fair-use policy
One page, written so that ‘unlimited’ and ‘same day’ mean the same thing to you as they do to us.
1. A request
A request is one deliverable, or one set of changes to a deliverable we have already made. Examples of one request: a web page; a landing page; a logo direction; a social set of up to ten assets; a deck of up to fifteen slides; an email template; a section of brand guidelines; a print item.
Something larger (a six-page site, a thirty-slide deck, a full identity) is split into requests by your creative lead. You are told how many, and each ships on its own clock. Nothing is refused for being big.
2. Same day
A request received before 13:00 UK time on a working day is delivered by 18:00 that day. A request received after 13:00 is delivered by 11:00 the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding English bank holidays; Growth and Scale plans add Saturdays 09:00–15:00. Scale’s express lane delivers requests received before 10:00 by 14:00.
‘Delivered’ means a link to the live or preview deliverable, the source files, and a short note of decisions taken. If we miss a deadline, that day is credited to your account.
3. Workstreams
You may queue any number of requests. The number worked on simultaneously is your plan’s workstream count: Essentials 1, Growth 3, Scale unlimited. Requests in the queue beyond your workstream count start when a workstream frees.
4. Changes
Any change to a delivered item is a request and carries the same guarantee. There is no limit on the number of changes.
5. In scope
Brand identity and guidelines; websites and landing pages built on Framer, Webflow, WordPress and Shopify themes, or as static pages; decks; social, ad and email creative; print and packaging artwork; icon sets and illustration; copy for the above (Growth and Scale, or with the copy add-on).
6. Out of scope
Custom application development, booking engines, portals and integrations (quoted separately); video production beyond the short-form add-on; 3D; naming and market research; stakeholder workshops; anything unlawful, defamatory or infringing. Your lead tells you on receipt if a request falls here.
7. Capacity
If a single account’s usage repeatedly exceeds what its plan’s workstreams can deliver inside the same-day window, we will tell you in writing and recommend the right plan. We do not throttle silently and we do not charge for overage.
8. Ownership
Everything we deliver is assigned to you on delivery. Sites are built in accounts you own. Final logo marks are redrawn by a person so the mark has human authorship.
